The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moments are definitely seeing the growth in the child over time. When you're with them every day, it can be easy to miss the small changes but when you look back, it's amazing to see how much they've grown and developed. I also absolutely love building strong relationships with families. That connection is so important to me, and I really value the trust and bond that grows over time.
