I do not have paid experience with babysitting, but I do have a sister 12 years younger than I am, so I frequently watched her when she was young and I still do sometimes. I have volunteered to work with children in High School as well. I also have experience with caretaking for my elderly grandparents such as administering medications, bathing and other daily living needs from the years 2021 to 2023. Taking care of the elderly is not exactly the same as dealing with children, I know, but I just want to highlight the experience I have gained with some of the jobs I did.
