I’ve been a Teacher Assistant and substitute for Kindergarten through 3rd grade, and I’ve also worked at a preschool with children ranging from toddlers to 4 years old. Additionally, I’ve cared for kids of all ages, from newborns to 12-year-olds. This diverse experience has given me a strong understanding of different age groups and how to meet their unique needs.

I volunteered at the Russell Home for Special Needs Children as a substitute teacher. This experience allowed me to work closely with children with special needs, providing support and fostering a nurturing environment tailored to their unique needs. It was incredibly rewarding and deepened my commitment to compassionate, individualized care.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny moments was when I helped a little one overcome her fear of swimming. We spent weeks gradually building her confidence, and when she finally took the plunge and swam on her own, her smile was priceless. Seeing her pride and joy made all the patience and encouragement so worthwhile!
