Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
i volunteered at this christian based summer camp last year around july. There were around 100 kids there ages 1-12, it was an incredible experience. I worked with the 3-5 year olds, for about 10 hours. They all came around 8:00 and left at 6:00. I shortly found out that everyone was tired from the day but as someone who adores spending time with kids i was still energized. Unfortunately this summers was canceled because of covid-19. it was an amazing experience.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love getting creative with kids! Anything crafty and fun i’ll make sure to try out with your kid. Getting a little bit of daily exercise is important to me, so going on a short walk, playing tag in the back yard, going to the park, is all perfectly okay to me as long as you’re comfortable with it. I have a very open mind so again anything you’re comfortable with is perfectly fine with me.

The most important part of being a nanny is hands down the safety of your kid. I can reassure you at all times the health and well being your kid is my absolute priority. I know cpr, heimlich maneuver, how to calm someone down from a panic attack. i’ll always put your kids life first no matter what because i know how important they are to you.

This summer i was babysitting this sweet 6 year old girl. She hated everything about school and the idea of learning, she even refused to learn the abc’s. I tried my best to make learning as fun as possible so she’d try to make an effort to learn her abc’s. A week later we were doing abc puzzles and writing abc’s on the sidewalk with chalk. It make me so proud as a babysitter to know that i encouraged her to learn her abc’s and to love learning.
