The most important part about being a nanny...
I think the most important part about being a nanny is to always have your eye on the children to never leave them alone, especially the youngest ones, and to make sure that they get to know you for who you are and they get to trust you and the parents get to trust you and Just create a bond with the children that’s what I think is really important about being a nanny.
My experience with special needs children...
My experience with special needs children are so I have a friend in my grade and she has autism and one of my teachers in middle school had asked me if I would become friends with her and I was like you know what of course because I want everyone to feel welcomed in my community in our community so I became friends with her and the teachers were amazed that I could get her to start talking and making friends and really putting her out there and now she’s talking and doing so much better in high school and I’m proud to be her best friend and I do activities with special needs and it’s really fun because you really get to know more about who people are and what people with and their disabilities and you get to learn that everyone is normal and everyone is different in their own way and it’s beautiful.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I would say my favorite nanny Mom was a couple of years ago when I babysat for one of my family friends and they had two twin girls and they were toddlers. I want to say they were about three or four, and they both fell asleep on me on the couch and, when I try to go put them to bed, they sneaked down when I fell asleep and I woke up with them on top of me and it was so cute.
