Howdy! Howdy! I am 19 years old and I work at a Christian School! I teach, and work in daycare :) I love my kids and all kinds of kids ;) they’re my heart. I’ve grown up babysitting my whole life and I’m certified in first aid and CPR, I’ve actually used it on a 2 year old couple months ago and she was okay! More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I babysat for a military family who had 5 kids every week from infant to 8 years old, and I currently babysit a 6 month old couple times a month , and a 2 month old every so often. I also babysit a special needs boy who is 8 years old! And I work at a Christian school and teach 1s, k2 up to k5 and sub up to 5th grade. and I do daycare everyday.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love going outside, I’ll play in dirt with them haha.. but I’ll spend most the time outside and then playing toys with them on floor, doing crafts, or even baking with them.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Make sure the kids are safe and being taken care of, I think one of my biggest pet peeves is just seeing a parent set a Tv screen in front of a kid, now yes when you need to get stuff done or wind them down that’s fine but all day? No, I want to run outside with them and play with them, make sure they’re being taken care of but also having fun and even using toys to teach them things.

My experience with special needs children...

I have cared for a special needs boy, I still do but not as much, it’s for special occasions mainly, and he doesn’t have an exact diagnosis, the doctors say just love him spend time with him because they don’t know how long he has. He can’t talk, walk or really even use his hands and eats thru a feeding tube but he’s a sweetheart and I love him to death.
