Hi there! My name is Gabrielle (Gabby) Tlapa and I moved down to Athens from Chicago earlier this year. I moved to attend the University of Georgia and pursue my educational career as I move towards becoming a Child Life Specialist. I have worked in childcare for the past 6 years, ranging from a high school preschool lab, a daycare, a day school, and a Montessori school. I have helped many families back in Illinois with their young children, as young as newborns up through kindergarten. I love pets and a little extra cleaning, meal preparation, or pick up/drop off is nothing I turn away from. I believe that starting with a child when they are young builds a strong bonding relationship not only with the child but also with the family as well.
