My experience with special needs children...
I have not had the opportunity to work with special needs children, I have worked with special needs adults. However, I belive that every child is equally valuable. I would be excited to work along side the family to grow in the skills needed to help serve their little one as best as I can.
The most important part about being a nanny...
As the second born was about to come home, Mar and I prepared for the arrival. we went outside for a walk and picked flowers for momma and the arrival of her new baby sister. We picked out a fun out fit and did our hair in two fun buns (favorite hair style for that season) as we waited for the arrival we Danced and sang. She was excited to show her new baby sister her outfit and stylish updo.
When they arrived Mar and I welcomed everyone home. The moment: The excitement that I could see in Mar's eyes as she met her baby sister for the first time.
