My name is Génesis, and I’m a joyful, responsible, and dedicated caregiver with a true passion for working with children. I have over 2 years of experience caring for newborns and young children between the ages of 3 and 5, providing loving, attentive, and age-appropriate support.

Although I currently work as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for older adults, my heart is truly in childcare. I genuinely enjoy spending time with kids—playing, talking, teaching, and guiding them through their daily routines.

I’m also happy to help with daily household tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and keeping the home tidy and safe. I strive to create a warm, fun, and structured environment where children feel secure and loved.

I enjoy engaging children in creative and fun activities like drawing, storytelling, singing songs, dancing, and simple crafts. I also love spending time outside—going on walks, playing in the park, or exploring nature. I adapt activities to their age and energy level to keep them happy, active, and learning.

for me, the most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, loving, and consistent environment where children feel secure, heard, and happy. I believe in nurturing their confidence and helping them develop emotionally, socially, and physically through kindness, structure, and play.

While most of my direct childcare experience has been with typically developing children, my background as a CNA has taught me to care for individuals with different physical and emotional needs. I’m very patient, observant, and compassionate, and I’m always open to learning how to best support each child’s unique abilities

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite moments was helping a shy toddler feel comfortable during their first week with me. By the end of the week, they were laughing, talking, and asking me to play with them every day. Seeing that trust and bond grow is what makes this job so special to me.
