A little bit about me

Hi! My name is Genete Fekadu, and I’m 18 years old. I’ve been babysitting for about 4 years, and I genuinely love spending time with kids. I enjoy playing games with them, helping with homework, and making sure they feel safe, happy, and comfortable. Being around children reminds me of my own childhood, which is one of the reasons I love babysitting so much.

I have experience caring for children ages 4–17 years old. Most of my experience comes from babysitting neighbors’ children, family friends’ kids, and relatives. I’m also a youth educator at my church, where I work closely with young kids and help create a positive, supportive, and fun environment for them. Through these experiences, I’ve learned to be patient, responsible, caring, and dependable.

I understand how important it is for parents to feel comfortable leaving their children with someone they can trust, and I always do my best to provide that peace of mind while making sure the kids are having fun and feel cared for.
