When I graduated from high school in my hometown, I went back and applied to be an AVID tutor. I am skilled and trained in tutoring in many subjects in school as well as an organization system following the AVID curriculum. The grades that I tutored for were 9th-12th grade.
Another experience I had in caring for children was that I volunteered for my hometown church as a bible study teacher. I did this for all of my high school careers and now if I have time aside from work and school. I first taught 4th and 5th graders for 2 years and then I stepped down to preschoolers. I enjoyed both ages very much!

Some indoor activities I enjoy would be crafts, legos, building blocks, reading, coloring, and many others. Some outdoor activities I enjoy doing with children would be playing a game, sports, the beach/park, reading outside, chalk drawing etc!
