Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
The family I previously nannied for consisted of a 6-11 month old, two year old, 5 year old, 6 year old, and 8 year old. I cared for all of them at the same time so I have experience with all ages. I do light housekeeping and could do more if asked, I also meal prep and can take them where they need to go. I often took these kids to their swim lessons and then we would get a special treat after!
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy board games, coloring, fun projects. I try to keep them away from screens, however, about once a week I like to plan a fun movie day where they get their favorite treat and they get to pick the movie. I like to take them to the park or bowling if they are old enough. I really like to follow the guidelines given to me then make a fun experience for the kids.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moments are just when you have so much fun with the kids it does not even feel like work. I love building a relationship so they are not sad their parents are leaving and they look forward to being babysat.
