My name is Shisoney Johnson, I am 30 years old (July 3rd, 1992). I am looking for a long- term position with a family who wants a dedicated, nurturing, caring, hardworking and very reliable person to be a part of the team, and to provide stable, dependable, clean, organized, never get tired of giving my all.
Also regarding the nanny position, I have over 6 years of experience watching children ranging from ages 4 weeks to 6 years old, I am confident in my ability to take great care of your family. Over the years, I have been a nanny-for a total of 4 families which includes Jewish (kosher).

I am very clean, great at organizing the house, laundry for family, good at multitasking, follow directions well, does meals prep, and recreational activities. I am also Proficient in communicating with children at different developmental stages.

At Beulah church of God, I am a member and a Christian and we assist with the children ministry, I assist in providing safe childcare so that parents can attend worship services. It’s about raising up children who we pray will one day become faithful believers who love the Lord, stand firm in the gospel, treasure Scripture, and have a heart for others.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Play board games like 'snakes and ladders', dominoes and simple card games.
Hide-and-seek, Simon says, Story telling, Freeze dance, Puzzles and one of my favorite fun chalk games that include hopscotch, foursquare, sidewalk Twister.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Patience is perhaps one of the most important skills to me for being a nannies. As a nanny, It is important to know how to handle their mood swings at times and how to make them laugh when upset or give a hug when they are down. Always knowing that when they are upset they may get angry and you will sometimes need to give them time to cool off. They are kids and we all once were in their shoes…

My experience with special needs children...

I have the experience of taking care of a 3 year old who was allergic to about 8 different things.
I have experience on how to respond calmly should the child have a severe allergic reaction. And always ensuring the child does not eat or come into contact with anything that he is severely allergic to, which were: peanuts, fish, egg, blueberries, milk, mayo, cantelope and strawberry.
