Hi! I’m Grace, and I have 10+ years of childcare experience with children from newborns to middle school. My background includes working as a nanny, preschool teacher, tutor, classroom aide, camp counselor, and children’s ministry volunteer. I also have experience caring for children with special needs.

I recently graduated from UC Irvine with a Bachelor’s degree in Educational Sciences and am working toward becoming an elementary school teacher. I love creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment where children can learn, explore, and feel loved. Whether it’s crafts, outdoor play, reading, homework help, or imaginative adventures, I enjoy helping kids grow with confidence.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love planning activities that are both fun and educational! Some of my favorites include arts and crafts, reading books, sensory play, outdoor adventures, bike rides, trips to the park, baking, science experiments, music and dance, imaginative play, and helping with homework. I enjoy following each child’s interests while encouraging creativity, independence, and confidence.

The most important part about being a nanny...

To me, the most important part of being a nanny is building a relationship based on trust—with both the children and their parents. I believe children thrive when they feel safe, loved, respected, and encouraged. I aim to be someone families can depend on while creating a fun, nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and make lasting memories.

My experience with special needs children...

I have experience caring for and working alongside children with special needs, including autism and cerebral palsy. Every child learns and grows differently, so I strive to meet them where they are with patience, compassion, consistency, and encouragement. My goal is always to create a safe, supportive environment where every child feels valued and successful.

The most important part about being a nanny...

It’s hard to choose just one favorite moment because every family I’ve worked with has been special! What I love most is watching children reach milestones they once thought were impossible—whether that’s taking their first steps, learning to read, mastering a new skill, or simply gaining confidence. Being someone they trust and knowing I’ve made a positive impact on their childhood is the most rewarding part of being a nanny.
