A moment I had with a child I cared for was one summer before the child started kindergarten his mother wanted him to learn how to write and I decided to help push things along, we spent all day writing the alphabet in shaving cream and homemade puffy foam paint. The child I was carrying for ended up picking up his name after a week of these activities!
