A little bit about me

I am a mother of 3 adult children, 2 of whom are twins. I have worked with children of all ages including infants (unpaid) - nursery in church, (paid) K-8 at a Montessori school, and volunteering many times for church and school activities over the years. I believe in meeting a child where (s)he is emotionally and developmentally. Love is a key component along with providing a sense of security for both the child and the parent(s). Their precious child(ren) will be safe and well cared for on my watch. I am fluent in Spanish comprehension, but my conversation is somewhat less. I am fluent in French. My CPR certification will be renewed next week, and I am willing to secure First Aid certification. I will gladly obtain Live Scan if needed. In short. I believe I am a competent, even excellent caregiver who will work to create a meaningful relationship with the child and family. Pets are fine. I can do light housekeeping and laundry as long as it does not detract from the child(ren).
