The most important thing for me when I get hired for a nanny job is to make sure that the kiddos love me. To make sure that I fit right with the kiddos so they aren't stuck with someone they don't love. The kids happiness is the most important thing for me.
My experience with special needs children...
The only real expierence I have with special needs kids is that I used to help out in the special needs classroom in high school. It was fun to create those relationships with types of kids who don't get as much socialization.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moment will always be with the first little man I nannied. He climbed up in my lap when we were getting ready for nap time and he said in the sweetest voice, "I love you Hailey, you're my bestest friend."
