What makes me stick out as a seasoned nanny, is I've got half of my years in private homeschool teaching, also. From grades 1st-8th. In addition to regular classes (math, reading, etc), I teach Cursive, ASL, PSAT, Vocabulary, Critical Thinking/Logic, Art, Music, Mindfulness, Neuropsychology, and a plethora of "badge" skills. I have an incredible year-round home school program I offer, but I'm also willing to just nanny. I hold a Masters Certification in Neurolinguistics which has led me to approach everything with a positive attitude as often as possible. I.e., I educate my students to say "that's challenging" instead of "that's impossible" and I do my best with measures such as "please walk" versus "don't run." I'm currently part-time (20-25 hours) at $42k salary, but am looking to go from 30-40 hours instead with the right family. I'm allergic to soy, so I need a free & clear household.
