Having empathy for a small child who is learning from everything around them. Understanding they have big emotions and small bodies, making sure the child feels loved and cared for, and the child is pushed to grow in a safe environment.

In high school I took Peer tutor classes for several years working with students with special needs and I loved helping, encouraging, and working with the students. I am also working as a house manager at a company that assists clients with mental dissabilites.
