"Haley was an amazing trainer and teacher. She helped train me in new positions at our job. I leaned on her for advice and assistance when I wasn't sure of something. Through all of this, we became great friends. I've watched her grow the last five years into an incredible woman who loves children and finds joy being around them. She has poured so much of her time and life into getting her degree and passing all of her required tests. One quality I love about Haley is how reliable she is as a friend and coworker. Not many people care about their job but she's not like that at all. She wants others to succeed which is why she loves to teach. Haley lifts others up in more than one way- whether they make a mistake or become confused, she provides support and encouragement. We both have very similar qualities as I went into teaching as well.
