Hello, my name is Halle, I currently live in Denver CO and originally from Topeka KS. I am a former Division 1 athlete looking for a live-in (or live out) full time nanny position. Currently I am a full time live-in for two elementary age children (5 & 7), while also doubling as a house manager. Which includes coordinating schedules, tiding, organizing, and managing a 10, 000 sqft home. I have nannied up to three children at one time, but am open to four. I am currently finishing school online majoring in Fashion Merchandising, with a minor in political science. I live very active lifestyle working out, hiking, and swimming. I love traveling and taking on new adventures! I have traveled with previous families and am willing to be a travel nanny if it's the right fit. I babysat all throughout high school and began official nannying jobs in 2019. Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

When the COVID-19 lockdowns went into effect, I was hired by a family with 3 children. They were both essential workers, so working for them at that time was hectic. Their kids were 3 (girl), 5 (girl), and 10 (boy). I worked Monday-Friday 7:00 am-5:00 pm. This was when virtual school came into the picture for everyone! So I was teaching them to adjust to learning online and teaching them school at home while also learning and completing virtual school of my own. Thankfully we worked/pushed through all adversity and became successful at online school. Because everything was shut down we had to get very creative. I planned scavenger hunts, fashion shows, baking days, home water parks, spa days, anything we could think of we tried to make happen at home. Of course we would go to the park, exercise, go to the zoo, but the best memories were when we made our creative home ideas into a reality.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I believe the most important part of being a nanny is making children feel loved. In doing so, it is essential that a relationship of trust and understanding is fostered. I know being away from your children is hard, so in turn, I always strive to provide top-tier care and a space where children can grow and be themselves.
