The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny to me is, watching each child develop at their own pace. Seeing them develop and to be apart of their development makes me continue to be the best person I can be for them as they learn and grow. I can’t leave out even all the smiles and giggles each and every child has on their face when meeting me that also makes me continue to want to be a safe person for them as well as the parents because I know it’s hard to just trust someone with your child whether that’s in a child care center or at home nanny. Trusting someone with your heart and soul is challenging but that’s who I want to be for each and every family I work for.
