Hi! I’m Hannah Gervais, 25 years old with a strong background in childcare and service. I served in the Army National Guard for 6 years and currently work at a vet clinic while pursuing my degree in K–12 and Special Education at GCU. I have 2 years of student teaching experience and previously worked in Esporta’s Kids Club with children of all ages. I’ve also regularly babysat for friends, family, and others since high school. I helped my best friend, a single mom, by having her and her baby move in with me, and I’ve helped raise her daughter, who’s now 2. I’m looking for a full-time Monday–Friday nanny position and am happy to assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, homework help, and transportation. Some of my favorite things to do include arts and crafts, reading stories, exploring outdoors at the park or on nature walks, and hands-on projects like baking or simple science experiments. I also enjoy imaginative play—building forts, playing dress-up, or coming up with fun stories together. In addition, I enjoy supporting children’s hobbies by taking them to extracurricular activities and sports practices, cheering them on, and helping them stay organized. I’m also happy to assist with cooking and light cleaning to help keep the home running smoothly and provide a comfortable environment for the family. Overall, I strive to make every day positive, engaging, and filled with laughter and learning.

The most important part about being a nanny is creating a safe, nurturing, and positive environment where children feel loved, supported, and encouraged to be themselves. Building trust with both the children and their parents is essential, as it allows for open communication and consistency in care. I believe a great nanny not only helps meet a child’s daily needs but also plays a meaningful role in their growth—teaching kindness, patience, and confidence through everyday interactions.
