I started babysitting at 16 and have consistently been involved in child-care since both casually as a sitter and as my full-time job as a nanny and an over-night summer camp counselor. Because of this, I can genuinely say I've had experience with almost every age and background. This really informs my skills as I understand that every kid needs to be met in their own interests, abilities, and personality to feel confident and cared for.
