The most important part about being a nanny...

What matters most to me about being a Nanny is making the families I work with feel truly cared for in whatever ways they need. Learning, laughing, and even helping out with that extra load of laundry so you can have more time with your kids is so important to me. I want the family I work for to know that they are in good hands! I hold patience, kindness, valuing education, respect, responsibility, creativity, honesty, and teamwork to be my highest values and aim to always incorporate them into every relationship I make with people. I treasure whenever I have an opportunity to be a Nanny, because it's rewarding, educational, and important.

My experience with special needs children...

All of the children I have experience working with are Autistic or ADHD. I myself am diagnosed with ADHD and Sensory Processing Disorder and love when I can interact with kids suited to their specific needs, whatever they may be! It's so important to extend understanding and to have patience and kindness!

The most important part about being a nanny...

Oh my goodness, my favorite Nanny moment is certainly difficult to pick. I would have to say though the top moment would be when I worked for months with a child who struggled with reading and he read me a whole picture book! It made my entire year! Other favorite moments include pretending to be dinosaurs in the yard and laughing and running around in circles for so long I lost track of time and then I had to rally the dinosaurs in for their very successful nap time!
