Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have baby sat for my little cousins from the time they were born up until the time they could take care of themselves. Recently I watched a family friends child on week nights, he was three years old. I mainly would feed him dinner, take him on walks or to the park whatever he felt like doing, and putting him to sleep. I am in school for nursing and plan on working in pediatrics, I have always loved kids and feel like being a nanny is a fun and fulfilling job.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love to go on walks or go to the park. My youngest cousin used to always want to go to the wooden park in Georgetown and we would play for hours. I also love to draw, I am known for making arts and crafts. I love reading any type of stories but I prefer Disney! The Little Mermaid is my favorite!
The most important part about being a nanny...
Being a nanny is a supper important job. Not only do you have the responsibility of making sure children have the proper caretaking but you have to ensure safety and trust. I think having a nanny is super important for a child because it gives them an extra friend and someone they can trust. Parenting is super hard and having extra care around is always extremely careful and takes some stress off of a parents life.
