I have about five years of experience babysitting children between the ages of 2 and 11. I started during my freshman year of high school, babysitting for family friends, and by junior year, I began receiving referrals to work with other families. I'm comfortable caring for younger children ages 1–3 and understand the extra attention they need, but I also really enjoy babysitting older kids and love the responsibility of keeping them engaged and entertained.

When babysitting, I love to stay active and creative with the kids. I’m big into arts and crafts—coloring, painting, and doing fun DIY projects. I also enjoy playing outside, going to the park, and keeping kids engaged through fun activities like board games and mini scavenger hunts. I love to cook and am happy to prepare meals or snacks. Plus, I have my own car and can help with transportation as needed.

To me, the most important part of being a nanny is building a real connection with the kids and making sure they feel safe, cared for, and genuinely happy. I always prioritize their well-being while also making sure they’re having fun and staying engaged with the world around them.
It means so much to me when they’ve had a good day and are excited for me to come back—that’s when I know I’ve made a positive impact. I also believe in the importance of keeping kids well-fed and never bored, so I always come prepared with fun activities, creativity, and plenty of snacks!

The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nannying moments was during my junior year of high school when I was babysitting two girls who, like me, were really into gymnastics. We ended up having a full-on gymnastics showdown in the backyard—showing off our best dance and tumbling moves. It was such a fun and energetic day, and especially meaningful to me since I did gymnastics for 10 years growing up.
Another favorite memory was doing creative activities like painting by numbers and braiding hair. I love connecting with kids through the things they enjoy and creating fun, memorable experiences together.
