I enjoy taking the children in my care outside to play and to have a one of one experience. There are tons of activities outside I like to do with the children I care for like, playing with chalk, blowing bubbles, sensory crafts, etc.

I believe that every child needs support, love, and one on one attention to help support their growth. I think that is the most important part. You want parents to come home after a long day and see their child and know they were safe with you and you nurtured their growth not only physically but emotionally as well.

The infant I watched we did lots of practice together and I got to see him roll over for the first time in front of his parents as well as blow raspberry’s for the first time. It was a very sweet and fun experience that allowed me to feel included in the moment as well as see the parents happy to know he had been getting one on one care to help him learn.
