"Havalah was wonderful to work with. Having her care for my daughter made my transition back to work that much easier because I always knew my daughter was safe and well-cared for. Havalah worked for our family and one other family in a nanny share from the time our daughters were 5-6 months old until they started early preschool. It was very important to us to find someone who had experience with a nanny share arrangement since they are not for everyone. Havalah was always flexible and adaptable when we needed to make changes to the location.
The girls were always so happy to see her every morning and see what exciting new toys or instruments Havalah had brought to play with! She made sure to engage the girls in fun, developmentally appropriate activities both indoors and outdoors. She was always very communicative about diapers changes, eating and the activities of the day and was always happy to answer any questions or provide helpful observations from the day. "

And along with that, high quality care and attention. Supporting parents to give themselves a great experience too, is an important piece of the equation. I do my best to communicate regularly with the parents (check in, give reports on how the baby's day went, etc, address any concerns) and share photos of our fun day together!
