"Havalah was wonderful to work with. Having her care for my daughter made my transition back to work that much easier because I always knew my daughter was safe and well-cared for. Havalah worked for our family and one other family in a nanny share from the time our daughters were 5-6 months old until they started early preschool. It was very important to us to find someone who had experience with a nanny share arrangement since they are not for everyone. Havalah was always flexible and adaptable when we needed to make changes to the location. The girls were always so happy to see her every morning and see what exciting new toys or instruments Havalah had brought to play with! The most important part about being a nanny...

that I am setting up a energetic frequency of love for growing, developing little humans! That looks like showing up with love in my heart, caring hands, a gentle voice, and being present to the wonder and joy of life. Of course, the most most important is safety. And along with that, high quality care and attention. Supporting parents to give themselves a great experience too, is an important piece of the equation. I do my best to communicate regularly with the parents (check in, give reports on how the baby's day went, etc, address any concerns) and share photos of our fun day together!

witnessing a baby discover a butterfly, flowers, and clouds!!! Witnessing a baby discover the world around them, whether nature, books, toys, the people and animals in their life, etc! I especially cherish how babies resond to me singing and playing music with them!
