A little bit about me

Hello, my name is Heather. I am 27 years old and have had lots of experience with children of all ages. I started changing diapers when I was 9 years old, my younger brother was born. I started babysitting for other kids in the neighborhood when I was 12. I’ve always had a passion & the heart to work with children. When I was in high school I took numerous childhood development courses. I took two years of participating in kiddie campus at the Plymouth canton community high schools, working with three & four year old children. I have two nieces (ages 8 & 3) and one nephew (19 months old) that I babysit for all the time, overnights included. I have been around children with special needs my whole life. My mother works with a 28 year old young man that has autism. He has been a part of our family for almost ten years now. She also worked in the special needs classrooms for Plymouth canton community schools for 9 years. I am also an animal lover. I have two Siberian huskies & one chow.
