I have worked in childcare for 4 years now. I have worked as a substitute teacher for 3.5 years in ages ranging from 3-year-olds to Seniors in High School, including a substantial amount of time in the ESE classrooms. I have worked as a full-time nanny for a total of 4 months. I also have multiple references for families that I have babysat for throughout the years. I have been a dedicated church nursery worker for the past three years. I am currently an autism behavior technician. I am also a caregiving adult in a Level 2 Licensed Foster Home.

I love gearing the activities to each family and child's interest. I am pretty much open to anything that is safe and engaging for the children. During spare time, I do love to take the children on walks and do arts and craft projects if they enjoy it.

My experience with special needs children...
I have worked and volunteered in the ESE classrooms for the past 3 years. During those years, I have worked with children with autism, down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and other complex medical conditions. I have knowledge and experience with tracheostomies, gastronomy tubes, NG tubes, oxygen, etc. I am currently working as an Autism Behavior Technician.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite memories is when me and my nanny kids went on a walk and then had a dance party to their favorite songs.
