Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I worked for the boys and girls club. I also worked for my aunt's daycare ( little bears daycare, unfortunately out of business). I also have my granddaughter who lives with me she's 6 I've had her from day 1 and love her dearly.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Love to play games indoor/outdoor, weather permitted of course. Love to watch kid movies some I know by heart lol. Hide and seek is my favorite. Love playing in water sprinkler, splashing in mud puddles and enjoy the clean up lol. Enjoy playing the clean up game and singing it, makes it sooooo much more fun. Reading books and doing homework is another thing enjoyable as well. I just enjoy children of all ages. I love to have fun with children ,I feel I'm easy going to the extent of course. But I'm fun and enjoy taking the time with the kiddos. I love adventures of all sorts rather driving to it or exploring the yard or house due to weather conditions. Then I enjoy meal prep and encouragement from the kiddos to join in lol at a mess and singing the clean up song. No worries I honestly do this all the while with my granddaughter. My experience with special needs children...

I had worked in a nursing home years ago for about 3 years and worked for utopia home health. Had several clients including 2 quadriplegic clients, feeding changing clothes and bathing using a hoist as well. I do prefer a routine schedule but willing to accommodate what is assigned for the individual I am caring for. Special interests are greatly appreciated for accommodations.
