My most recent Nanny job was my favorite, I was able to Nanny a child whose parents I was pretty close to but it was for a few month it was for a couple of years. I had the opportunity to see her go from 11 months to 4 years old this past year. With Covid and her not being able to go to school the parents needed some kind of schooling so I was able to create lesson plans, have craft time and really come up with a in home school schedule. I say all to say I've been stretched in my Nanny duties but for the kids it's really all worth the work.
