Our son had special medical needs and she learned how to care for him quickly. She was humble, and willing to dig in and learn special medical instructions, breastmilk instructions, and other house management tasks such as baby laundry, dishes, etc. She always listened to our instructions and requests. My favorite nanny moment is when I finally figured out how to get my sweet nanny kid to actually laugh out loud beyond his happy smiles to express his excitement. Hearing his first laugh is one of the the sounds I have ever experienced.
