I have worked as a tutor for more than a decade, interned as a teacher's aide, and have happily been the family babysitter/caretaker during family get-togethers since I was young.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Some indoor activities I love to do is reading, cooking, coloring, hide and seek, whatever our imagination comes up with. For outdoor activities, going on walks, to the park or simply exploring around the front yard and neighborhood are my go-to. There is also soccer, water play, gardening and dance parties whether we are indoors or outdoors.

What matters to me about being a nanny is knowing I can help parents provide care and love for their children in order for them to peacefully focus on working to provide for their family.

My experience with special needs children...

My experience with special needs children is as both a tutor and camp counselor for those who were either on the Autism spectrum or have ADHD. My infinite patience and empathy allows to me to give the best care possible by continuously working to understand their perspective.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moment is when I finally figured out how to get my sweet nanny kid to actually laugh out loud beyond his happy smiles to express his excitement. Hearing his first laugh is one of the the sounds I have ever experienced.
