"Icilma worked for our family from the time our daughter was three months old and left when she was 14, and her brothers 13 and 10. She created a loving and safe environment for our 3 children. She was completely reliable, punctual, and always provided a full description of their day before she left for the evening. We knew our children were safe and love while in her care. She prepared meals, did laundry, light cleaning, made sure homework was complete, and took them to appointments and activities.
