what matters to me as a nanny is to make sure the kid is safe and having fun and is very comfortable with me and not scared of me
My experience with special needs children...
I had to help children with autism not to be scared of new surroundings and comfort them and reassure them that they are safe while I am around. I helped kids who have to use wheelchairs as there way of getting around. I had helped many kids with anxiety calm down also because I explain what I do when I have bad anxiety attacks and kids with epilepsy also and kids who have a learning disability and kids who have asthma attacks too.

when I was taking care of a newborn the parents were about to leave to go to there family's home I told the parents that I could make there baby laugh and they thought I couldn't so when I did they both were very surprised and I asked them do they have a camera in the babies room I only asked that because they would see how I would put babies to sleep very fast and they always will fall asleep in my arms

I did work hard. I worked all the way up until I got myself. General manager position jobs with companies. So I was able to afford taking care of my children without government assistance. I also love dogs. I currently have three big Rottweilers. Kenya Hades and Layla.
