Hi, my name is India I been working at this daycare called SLCM, on 1616 Columbia Dr Decatur, GA 30032 for 4 years. Im 21 years old I graduated high school may, 15, 2024. I’ve always loved being around kids and helping take care of them. I started watching kids when I was seven years old by helping family members and neighbors with younger kids. Over the years, that experience taught me patience, responsibility, and how to create a fun and safe environment with kids, also building relationships with kids, keeping them engaged with activities. I have my Heart-saver First Aid CPR AED. I currently still work at the daycare.

My experience with special needs children...

I don’t have a lot of experience with special needs kids but my mom friends have a special needs child son,I watch him a couple times and he like to jumps and claps when he do that I just reassure him that everything going be okay. I also take him outside to playground cause he loves nature.
