My name is Irina, I am 27 years old and I am from Minnesota! Originally my family is from Moldova, I am first generation born in America.

I have previously been working a leadership role in retail with majority high schoolers. I am also the eldest sister of 5, with a very large age gap, helping provide care for my younger siblings my entire life. I found in my previous role, very frequently I was showing up for my younger team through many challenges of basic learning and communications with the world outside of their home. Many de-escalating situations offering care, and support that comes naturally to me outside of what my core role was. I love caring for all ages and I find it to be so rewarding as I continue to pursue my purpose!
