A little bit about me

Hi, my name is Izzy Fowler. I am a sophomore at San Diego State University. I aspire to be a child psychiatrist when I am older and enjoy working with kids and making sure they feel safe, supported, and have fun. I’ve had experience with children of different ages, and I like coming up with activities that keep them engaged and learning. I’m reliable, patient, and I love building good relationships with families. I’m also comfortable helping out with routines like meals, homework, or bedtime, and I don’t mind helping out with light household tasks if needed. Overall, I want to create a positive, caring environment where kids can thrive.

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

The past summer, I nannied for a family with two boys where I drove them to and from school, made them food, played outdoor and indoor games, and got them ready for sports/school. Before that I have babysat since I was 15, helping out many different families and different age groups. I also spent two weeks in Bali a couple summers ago, where I taught little kids how to speak english. I also have a little sister who I have spent much of my time helping and hanging out with.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love playing sports (soccer, basketball), hide and seek, tag, board games, learning games, riding bikes. I enjoy and am open to pretty much any outdoor or indoor game.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I think the most important part about being a nanny is making sure kids feel safe, cared for, and comfortable. It’s not just about watching them—it’s about building trust, giving them consistency, and helping them grow. I really try to be patient, dependable, and involved, so both the kids and parents know they can count on me.

My experience with special needs children...

I do not have experience with special needs children, however, I still would be available to learn and help.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I am from Salt Lake City, however, I go to school in San Diego and the family I nanny for in SLC came to San Diego for a weekend trip and they asked me to come over for a night and help out. The mom told me that the two boys said it was the highlight of their trip and how excited they were for me to come over.

Im someone who will forget I'm babysitting just because I'm naturally so caring and playful when caring for kids. I grew up surrounded with kids and taking care of them, I just like to know what of type of lifestyle they live in and I adapt to their lives and be funny with it.
I'm very artistic and can make anything fun. I love to cook and find new things to do, I love music and dancing. id even sit down to play tea party or nurf war. I'm so down for anytype of babysitting I just need history and some warnings about anything I should be aware for. I'm great at hair, I'm good at making sure they smile and having fun but also help them learn small things as we go along our day. I enjoy cleaning sometimes and I can drive safely. I'm great at hide and seek and active moving. I can keep kids busy and entertained.
