The most important part about being a nanny is that children’s needs always come first. Every child is different and needs different things to succeed in life. As a nanny the best thing they can do is care to the children’s needs while following parents rules. And also just being fun!
My experience with special needs children...
Al my growing up I babysat my best friends little sister with cerebral palsy who was in a wheel chair. In my church I cared for all the children with special needs so the parents could go to their church meetings. I also have worked with a preteen girl for a month with special needs.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment was just this last month I was taking care of a girl who has special needs. She doesn’t like anyone being close to her and after only 1 hour she was already hugging me.
