Hi, my name is Zaniaya. I'm 19 years old and a freshman in college. I've been around kids all my life. Ive been volunteering at day cares since I was 13. Im going to college to become an ultrasound tech. I've always loved working with children and interacting with them. Children really are a way of peace to me, perhaps because I'm the oldest; I've always found comfort in my little sister, and the way they're always looking for something to learn. Being the oldest was always fun to me I like caring for my younger sisters and always loved to help my mom out. Children are a blessing in life, in my opinion, and I pray one day I will become a mom. I would be blessed to care for your child or children. I also drive and I have a car and a license. I love activities and sports. I also love to cook and clean so making meals won't bother me. I have a mother with OCD so cleaning has always been something I liked to do. I have a puppy and a pet bunny so animals and pets don't bother me.

I am the wife of a kind and nurturing man, the mother of a beautiful 4 month old girl, and a nanny for the past 3 years to 2 amazing children. I babysat countless children before that as well. I'm patient and understanding. I do my best to be fair but realistic. I'm very easy going and see the glass as half full. I work hard and play hard. I love art, nature, reading, music, theatre, outer space, greek mythology, tellings jokes and playing card/board games. I'm only 23 so I actually remember going through things that the children I care for are currently going through and I really think it helps me to empathize with them. I know exactly what it feels like to be unheard, to not feel good enough compared to a friend, to think that your drawing is bad or to not understand exactly why you're in trouble. I use that empathy to really build a great and long lasting relationship with the children I nanny- one where we are equals who are always open and honest with one another and all work as team.
