More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have 8 months of experience as an assistant teacher, where I cared for children, assisted with daily activities, and enjoyed building positive relationships with them. I also have experience caring for young family members, all age 5 and under. Additionally, I currently babysit a 6-month-old, including extended and overnight hours. These experiences have helped me become comfortable caring for children of different ages and have strengthened my patience, responsibility, and attentiveness.

Indoor activities:
I love looking up crafts and fun indoor activity ideas to keep children engaged while also giving them opportunities to learn! I especially love hands-on crafts because they allow children to be creative and use their imagination. I also enjoy things like coloring, painting, reading, puzzles, play-dough, and other fun activities depending on what the child enjoys.
Outdoor activities:
I like coming up with fun games that encourage outdoor play and exercise while still having a blast! I enjoy things like playing tag, hide-and-seek, going to the playground, drawing with sidewalk chalk, playing with bubbles, and going on walks or exploring outside. I love joining in with the kids and making sure they’re having fun while staying active!

The most important part about being a nanny...
Although I have not personally worked as a nanny yet, my favorite and most important part of interacting with children is the connection I build with them while helping them grow into who they are. I believe one of the most important parts of caring for a child is building a strong relationship based on trust, patience, and understanding. I also think it’s important to build that same trust with their family so they feel comfortable and confident knowing their child is in good hands.
