i think that being patience, understanding, responsible and fun is a important part because when a kid is upset if you yell at them they'll take longer to calm down but you also want to have fun while babysitting so it feels fun for everyone.

I left teaching for a job in the government, but have decided to try to go back to doing what I truly love - I love working with and supporting children, helping them to learn and grow.
