Hi! My name is Itzel, but I go by Ale. I’m 18 years old and currently a freshman at San Diego State University, where I’m working toward earning my teaching credential. I’ve always had a passion for working with children, and I plan to pursue a career in education in the coming years. I have a little brother, whom I’ve cared for throughout the years, and I’m still very involved in helping him grow. In addition, I assist with the Children’s Ministry at my church, where I work with kids ranging from 1 to 13 years old.

I also have two dogs who are a big part of my life, and I’m bilingual, which I believe helps me connect with a diverse range of children and families. Growing up, I played sports, which taught me the value of teamwork and discipline, and I now work at Chick-fil-A. My experiences in both work and life have shaped me into the person I am today, and they continue to inspire my passion for teaching and working with kids.
