My name is Itzel, but you can call me Itzy! I've always had a passion for caring for and teaching young children. As the oldest sibling and cousin in my family, I have extensive experience looking after younger kids. Over the past three years, I've turned this passion into a professional career in early childhood education.
In my previous role as a preschool teacher, I created and implemented engaging curriculum, integrating learning into everyday experiences. Whether it's counting fingers or identifying colors, I love making learning fun. While I enjoy working with twos and threes in a professional setting, I get along well with children of all ages.
I am fluent in English and Spanish, certified in CPR/First Aid, Safe Sleep, and ELCCT, and I will soon be starting classes to obtain my CDA.
