Hi! My name is Isabelle (Izzy) Roby. I am a graduate of The Ohio State University with a BA in Psychology. I work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) which means I implement applied behavior analysis practices with clients diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). I love my job specifically because I get to watch my clients progress tremendously during our time together. I have always had a passion working with individuals with special needs as I grew up with 2 younger siblings with diagnoses. I also love working with children to provide a positive influence in their developmental stages and to help them grow academically and socially. Some of my hobbies and interests are reading, cooking, taking nature walks and being around friends and family. I like to think I am an open minded, genuine and reliable person.
