The most important thing about a job like this is enjoying it not many people experience the type of joy you get with a child. Doesn't matter if you're being paid to do it just enjoy it and have fun. There's also a learning and processing side to this job, but all hard work pays off.

I have not worked with a special needs child, but I understand it must be difficult and requires training, knowledge, as well as commitment.

I was not very fond of kids when I started babysitting, but white time there was some kids that just never gave up in trying to make me smile even though there was a time when it did annoy me.
