The most important part about being a nanny...
That the children’s needs are met in a way that they have fun and enjoy being kids. This includes playing outside, not being afraid of getting dirty, learning that if you fall it’s fine, we can just get up, brush it off and keep trying. That for me is one of the most important things .

The sweetest moment I had with one of my kids, has been when I had a weeklong break, and they had made a salt dough ornament for me during the holidays, and they had put it on their Christmas tree, because they didn’t want me to be left out.
