It takes maturity and judgment to maintain a balance of fun and engagement with the child, while they are well-protected from any sort of danger or accident. Needless to say, when I am on the job, my phone is put away and my focus is 100% on the children’s happiness and welfare. I’m excited to become a nanny because every day is different.
