Your primary job responsibility will be to supervise, care for, feed and play with Frankie and Jax approximately 30 hours a week. We will require some early morning help getting ready and dropping kids at school and most days we will expect you to pick them up from school and staying with them until 6:30 pm with some flexibility to stay later. We would also love the option to have a date night two weekend nights a month.
While on duty, you are responsible for creating a safe, stimulating and educational experience by participating in age-appropriate activities at home + outside our home. Your priority will always be the safety, cleanliness and happiness of our kids as well as their physical, emotional, social, intellectual development
and well-being. We expect above all that you show the kids love, affection and support. Our top priority is that you HAVE SO MUCH FUN TOGETHER!!!!
You will also be responsible for preparing Frankie and Jax’s meals, bathing them, taking them to and from activities, and doing their laundry (when necessary). You will be expected to maintain and organize the kids’ rooms (closet and drawers), and help keep clean/neat, on a daily basis, the rooms that you and the kids use. Including the kitchen (taking out the trash if you notice its full, filling or emptying the dishwasher, dust busting the floor, wiping down the counters etc.). You may be asked to do light errands, including picking up items for the family at the drugstore or grocery store.
We will rely on you to help make on-going decisions in regard to the Frankie and Jax’s as you get to know them and spend time with them. We will value your input and feedback and look forward to collaborating with you. While we think we’re doing a pretty good job, there is always room for improvement, and we are open to learning.feel free to bring anything to the table you think they might benefit from.
To the best of your ability, you will ensure that Frankie and Jax are kept healthy and safe.
